2024 Review

This review starts April 2024 when the decmusic website was updated. Daniel has worked consistently as a professional musician since recieving his first violin aged 4.

A very busy year featuring Dan Collins culminated in the months between September and December with exciting performances as Artistic Director and Conductor of The Peregrine Orchestra and Voices, singing with The Sixteen, home and abroad, church organist and conductor at the service for the 100 years of the Royal Auxiliary Air Force and other church functions and tutoring at the Baroque week in Reading. Links to the various performance websites are included with the September and December dates.

The list doesn't include the many private functions in churches where Daniel sang, conducted or played the church organ. Daniel also conducted The Sixteen at a private function.

For the first concert of Proms Choral Day, one of Britain’s best-loved choirs, The Sixteen, returns to the Proms under Harry Christophers for some of the most serene and spiritual choral works written in Victorian England.
